I had outstanding food for breakfast with a good spread. I asked for a twin room and the one given was generous sized and practical. Exceptionally nice location to Kulture park, all was good.
Their staff were not very friendly.

Our stay at Bera was worth every penny. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a fantastic view. The central location made it convenient to explore the city, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and fluent in English.
The only thing that could have improved the breakfast selection was a wider variety of vegetarian options.

The value for money at Bera was great, we got a nice spacious suite for the price of a standard double. The location was perfect, right in the city center and within walking distance of attractions. The staff treated us like royalty, especially the hotel manager Abdurrahim Dundar who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
The breakfast selection could have been better, there was limited food left by 9am.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the city centre, near to shops and eateries, mainly kebab houses. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and even opposite a bustling market. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The basic amenities in my room were great, and I especially liked the attention to detail with the artwork on the walls. The breakfast spread was also impressive, offering a variety of options to start the day.
No major issues, everything was just fine.
